Processing Times

As musicians ourselves, we know how exciting it is to have new gear on the way. But how long will it take before it's processed and sent out for delivery?

If your order is placed before 11am on a working day (Monday-Friday), your order starts being processed the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day. That means if you order on a Saturday, expect your order to be processed the next Monday.

Processing allows us to confirm your payment and stock availability, and this process typically takes 1-2 working days. For guitars, please allow an additional 1-2 working days to quality check and properly pack the instrument to the best of our abilities, so you receive your order in the best possible condition.

We manually authorise payment once an order has been confirmed so you don't pay until your order is ready to ship! Once we have successfully processed your order, your items will be dispatched immediately!

Processing time delays are to be expected during peak periods like National Day, Labour Day, Christmas, and other Public Holidays.
