Shipping & Delivery

We only ship within Brunei.

  • For orders below $500 SGD, the shipping cost is a flat fee of $50 SGD.
  • For orders above $500 SGD, shipping is free!

We have teamed up with DHL and FedEx.

The general waiting duration for your order to arrive is 7 working days from the time you receive your tracking number.

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel – regardless of its size.

Liability of FedEx for loss, damage or delay of your shipment is limited to the greater of about USD20 per kilogram or USD100 per shipment. For full insurance, kindly contact us for more information. In some cases, we require compulsory insurance and will provide a quote when applicable.

Shipping times depend on the shipping method you have selected at checkout. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed at checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges which will be applied to your order.

Once the order has been pickup up by our courier, to track your delivery:
